The estate is located in Daventry, in the west of Northamptonshire, which borders Leicestershire to the north and Oxfordshire/Bedfordshire to the south. It is located approximately twelve miles west of Northampton, ten miles south east of Rugby and eighteen miles east of Leamington Spa. Motorway access into Daventry is good with a direct route to junction 16 of the M1 circa seven miles away, which links with the M6 to the North and the M25 to the South. The estate comprises a terrace of six industrial units with two storey adjoining offices to the High March frontage. The units are of steel frame construction with block internal and brick external elevations with profile sheet cladding to the upper part, under a pitched profile metal sheet roof.
