The asset is located on the north east side of Alton in a well-established commercial location, approximately 10 miles south east of Basingstoke in Hampshire.

The site is accessed off Newman Lane and Mill Lane which provides immediate access to the A31 linking Aldershot with Winchester. The M3 and Basingstoke are accessed via the A339 and are approximately 12 miles north of the asset.

Alton British rail station is 500 meters to the west of the property providing regular services.
